These beaches are Pachyammos, Vrysoudia A, Vrysoudia B, Alykes, Municipal Bath, and Farros. The Blue Flag award is an honor and means that these beaches have met some very stringent criteria which include management of the beach, beach safety, and the quality of the water. When you see a beach with a Blue Flag it means that the beach is a joy to visit and you can let your children play without having to worry too much.
Coraly Bay beach is considered to be the best beach near Paphos and indeed in all of Cyprus. It can be reached easily by car or bus. This area is a beautiful horseshoe shaped bay and because of its gradual slopes the fun children have is endless. Also located at Coral Bay beach is a beach café for when you get hungry or thirsty and with calm clear shallow waters make it perfect for children. It's the perfect place to spend the day.
Many of the beaches in Paphos also offer water sports including jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. You can also try out waterskiing and windsurfing at Coral Bay.
